Manju Warrier wallpapers & Biography 

Manju Warrier born 10 September 1978/1979 is an Indian actress who works primarily in Malayalam cinema. She has received one National Film Award, one Kerala State Film Award and seven Filmfare South Awards.

Warrier began her acting career with Saakshiyam (1995). Her most notable films include Thooval Kottaram (1996), Sallapam (1996), Ee Puzhayum Kadannu (1996), Aaraam Thampuran (1997) and Summer in Bethlehem (1998). After her marriage in 1998, she took a break from acting. Warrier returned to cinema with the acclaimed film How Old Are You? (2014).

Early life

Manju Warrier was born on 10 September 1978/1979 in a Malayali family in Nagercoil town in Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. Her family originally hails from Pullu village in Thrissur district of Kerala. Her father, T.V. Madhavan, worked as an accountant at the Nagercoil regional office of Shakthi Finance and her mother, Girija (from Tiruvilvamala), was a homemaker. She has an elder brother, Madhu Warrier, who is also an actor and producer. 

Warrier received her primary education from CSI Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Nagercoil. After her father's promotion, they returned to Kerala and settled in Kannur district. She studied at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Kannur and later at Chovva Higher Secondary School.

Personal life

On 20 October 1998, Manju married actor Dileep at Aluva Sree Krishna Temple. The former couple has a daughter, Meenakshi. She filed for divorce in 2014 and was granted the divorce in January 2015. Manju lives in Thrissur, Kerala.
