Tania was born on 6 May 1993 in Jamshedpur. Born in Jamshedpur, Tania was brought up in Amritsar. He has a younger sister named Tamanna. His father is a doctor and his mother's name is Anju Arora. She wanted to become an actress since childhood.

Although I was a good student; I got 98 percent in graduation, then I also did post graduation. But my parents wanted me to become a doctor at that time. They made me sit for Pre Medical Test (PMT). I said ok I will appear for the exam but I don't want to become a doctor because I was more interested in the creative field. So when I joined college, I studied theater for four years and then did post graduation. So it took me 6 years to complete my studies and then finally I was allowed to enter films. ,

Tania received an offer to play the role of Sarabjit's daughter in the Hindi film “Sarabjeet” (2016), but she rejected the offer as she was undergoing her exams at that time. She made her debut in 2018 with the Punjabi film “Qismat”, which proved to be the biggest hit of the year in Pollywood. After this he did many more films like “Son of Manjeet Singh”, “Gudiya Patole”, “Rab Da Radio 2”.
